How our platform works

By subscribing on a montly or annual basis, you will be able to access the archive of all photos already taken by other users and use all available telescopes. (1)

You can carry out as many sessions as you want with no time limits. The only restriction is a maximum of 2 simultaneous sessions: for example, if you book one session in Australia and one in Spain, you will not be able to start new ones until one of the two has ended.

We also offer two optional features for those who wish:

- Private session: With this option, your images will not be shared with other users; only you will receive the scheduled photos.
- Session on a specific date and time: With this option, you can have your session executed on a specific date and time with absolute priority over other sessions. We recommend checking the booking calendar available for each station.

For all stations, the various calibration files are available. Sky flats are always generated at the end of each night when the Moon’s illumination is below 25%. If dark and bias frames of the required exposure time are not available, please request them. These will be performed periodically to ensure they are always up to date.

(1) Some telescopes may be inactive during the full Moon phase, as they are open systems rather than enclosed, and the Moon's brightness could cause issues during image acquisition.
